  • After 7 days: Manufacturer warranty and technical support applies
  • Complex issues: Our ARC DATA team can coordinate with manufacturers on your behalf

Step 2: Manufacturer Technical Support


Each manufacturer provides specialized technical support teams with deep product knowledge. This ensures you receive expert assistance specific to your equipment.


Step 3: Warranty Returns Process



For defective products requiring return:

  1. Obtain Return Authorization (RA) number from the manufacturer
  2. Contact ARC DATA with your RA number
  3. Visit our Resolution Centre to begin processing
  4. We'll coordinate the return and replacement process

All shipments are insured. Contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We'll work with our courier to investigate and arrange replacement or refund as appropriate.
